Blue Cross Football Club is a professional football club in Mexico, founded on May 22, 1927, in Jasso town, Hidalgo province. It was established as an amateur team by concrete manufacturer CEMENTOCrezazul and Macario Acosta. In 1960, the team established the December 10th Sports Stadium in Jasso town and registered with the official to participate in the professional second division league. In 1964, under the leadership of Hungarian coach Jorge Malik, the team won the championship of the second tier league and qualified to participate in the first tier league

Domestic league: Won a total of 9 Mexican football Serie A championships, including the 1968/69, 1970, 1971/72, 1972/73, 1973/74, 1978/79, 1979/80, 1997, and 2021 seasons.
Domestic Cup: Won the Mexican Cup championship three times, in 1969, 1997, and 2013.
International competitions: Won the CONCACAF Champions League (including the CONCACAF Cup) 6 times, in 1969, 1970, 1971, 1996, 1997, and 2014. In 2001, as the first Mexican team to reach the final of the Copa Libertadores in South America, the team unfortunately lost to Argentine football giant Boca Juniors on penalties.
The team's home stadium is Estadio Azteca, which can accommodate approximately 87000 people. This stadium is one of the largest sports venues in Mexico and also one of the iconic buildings of Mexican football.
